Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a return policy to ensure confidence in your purchase. You may return unused and undamaged Products within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs, provided the items are in their original packaging, unopened, and in pristine condition.

Products found to be defective upon receipt or within 30 days of delivery qualify for a replacement or refund—please contact our customer service team at support@unibirdintel.com with detailed photos, order number, and a description of the issue to initiate a claim.

All returns must be shipped back to our designated return address at your own expense, using the pre-paid return label we provide where applicable; failure to use the label may result in additional fees. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that customized Products, software-integrated drones, or items with opened seals are not eligible for return unless defective. All return requests require prior approval, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For defective items beyond 30 days but within the warranty period, refer to our Warranty section.
