Warranty and Liability

Every Unibird drone Product is backed by a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty, commencing from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts and labor costs, at our discretion, but excludes damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, wear-and-tear (e.g., propellers, batteries), or failure to follow the user manual.

To file a warranty claim, submit your proof of purchase (order confirmation) along with a detailed description and photos of the issue to support@unibirdintel.com. For the first warranty service instance, we will cover return shipping costs to our facility; subsequent shipments may incur fees.

Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the Product, and we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Drones are sophisticated aerial devices, and their operation involves inherent risks—use them responsibly, adhering to all local aviation laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, property damage, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
