Shipping times vary depending on your location and product type: standard international delivery for drones typically takes 15-30 business days, while drone accessories are delivered in 7-14 business days, though these timelines may be extended due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

We collaborate with trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable cross-border transportation. You are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees applicable in your country, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These fees will be collected by the carrier or local authorities upon arrival and are non-negotiable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, carrier mishandling, or government restrictions.
